Eligible candidates with a qualifying offer from a designated employer can progress through settlement planning, provincial endorsement and a permanent residence application.

- 01Profile and program requirements
We consider your experience, education, language ability and circumstances.
- 02Employer consideration
A prospective employer reviews your suitability for a current recruitment need.
- 03Qualifying employment offer
If selected, you need an offer that meets AIP requirements from a designated Atlantic employer.
- 04Settlement plan
After the qualifying offer, you obtain a settlement plan through an appropriate service provider.
- 05Provincial endorsement
The employer applies for endorsement from the participating Atlantic province.
- 06Permanent residence application
Following endorsement, you submit your application and supporting documents.
- 07Decision and completion
If approved, you complete the process and obtain permanent resident status.
